Break the loneliness of leadership…
…Join other changemakers like you in an online leadership circle focused on navigating complexity.
Early Bird Deadline: October 1, 2024
Registration Deadline: October 8, 2024
Does this Describe You?
- You are a leader or changemaker in a senior position such as an Executive Director, Director, Board Chair, Founder, etc. Your work addresses social impact; for example, community development, environment or climate change, health, education, corporate social responsibility, etc. You might work within an organization such as a non-profit, government or educational institution, or through your own business as a social entrepreneur.
- Your work involves lots of complexity and uncertainty. Sometimes it feels as though the ground underneath you shifts quickly with changes in priorities, political direction, funding and client or public expectations. It’s not always clear to you what is the best next step to take.
- You regularly deal with emerging situations that feel volatile because of peoples’ reactivity, conflicting viewpoints, controversies, etc. Challenges arise quickly on any given day and it can be exhausting.
- You strive to be responsive rather than reactive but sometimes you get triggered, especially when people project their own fear, anger, frustration and expectations onto you.
The Loneliness of Leadership
Even if you have great colleagues, team members and partners, sometimes leadership feels isolating.
Wouldn’t it be great to have a safe space where you can truly let your guard down and be open and authentic about the challenges you are facing?
The Navigating Complexity leadership circle is designed
to break the isolation of leadership.
Navigating Complexity will help you…
- Break the isolation of leadership by being part of a small cohort of leaders who are facing similar challenges. You’ll build community with other leaders like you, to learn, grow and support each other within a confidential group container. Navigating Complexity helps give you a sense of relief knowing that you aren’t alone.
- Get ongoing support for a difficult work situation you are facing. Looking ahead, you anticipate that the coming months are going to be especially challenging so you want to proactively seek out support that helps you be resilient in the midst of complexity. Navigating Complexity helps give you a safe anchor in the storm.
- Get clarity and perspective on that particularly tough work situation – the one that wakes you up in the middle of the night. Imagine how wonderful it would be to cut through the chaos and see it clearly, so that you know how to take action with confidence. Navigating Complexity helps you step outside your habitual thought patterns to see things differently.
- Deepen your sense of the interconnectedness of all things. You intuitively know that there is more to the world than just material reality. Navigating Complexity will give you the opportunity to learn and explore energetic practices that help you be grounded and centered in everyday life.
